Omni Communications Group, Inc. in Springfield, Illinois was recently selected as the distinguished winner of six Addy Awards by the Peoria Ad Club. The ADDY Awards are conducted by the American Advertising Federation, a not-for-profit industry association, through its 200 member advertising clubs and 15 districts and recognize all forms of advertising from media of all types. Omni’s creative work, produced for a variety of agency clients, was recognized for creative excellence in the categories of collateral materials, special events materials, logos, packaging, brochures and the creative services industry.
Omni President Jill Schuller accepted the awards on behalf of the agency at the awards ceremony held on February 22, 2008 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in East Peoria and noted, “We are extremely pleased to be recognized by the American Advertising Federation with such high caliber competition in the Peoria region.” Omni’s work will now be forwarded on to the district Addy competition for further consideration.
