Laura Riker of Springfield has been promoted to Director of Client Services at Omni Communications Group in Springfield.  Riker will manage the account service team and work closely with Omni clients to guide marketing projects from strategic planning through creative development to completion.  Riker has extensive marketing experience through previous work as the marketing director at a cellular retailer and at another central Illinois advertising agency.   She graduated with a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
