Laura joined Omni in 2006 and put her Master of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Interpersonal and Organizational Systems to good use. With each project, she works to discover, know and understand the wants and needs of her client’s target markets and deliver marketing strategies designed to fulfill their expectations.

She’s always excited to help new and existing clients achieve their organizational goals to create customer interest in their products or services, to help them sell, win, grow… and become more profitable.

Beyond developing marketing strategies, Laura uses additional research to generate support strategies to expand and stimulate new sales techniques, improve business communications, and advance the internal business development processes.

Her ultimate goal is to identify the best opportunities to make Omni’s clients and the client’s client reeeeally happy.

In addition, Laura cultivates client relationships within the agency and provides guidance and support to the agency staff in a supervisory capacity.
